West Central School Corporation 2025-2026 Student Registration Page
We are excited to welcome you and your children back to West Central for another great school year! If you are new to West Central or need help in registering your child/children for school, please contact your child's school office to arrange a time to register in person, or come to school July 31, 2024 from 8.00am to 3:00pm or August 1st from 1:00pm to 7:00pm. School stats August 8, 2024.Returning families should register online by following the steps below:
1. Returning students' parents will be receiving an email from Harmony, our NEW student information system. This email will walk you through the steps in setting up a Harmony account, how to update your child's information and sign off on assurances. Parents should look for this email on or about July 29th. If you do not receive an email from Harmony, please contact your child's school office starting July 31st. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER TO SEE IF YOUR EMAIL WENT TO SPAM INSTEAD OF YOUR INBOX (this is a frequent issue).
2. New students are encouraged to register in person during registration times-July 31st from 8:00am-3:00pm and August 1st from 1:00pm-7:00pm.
All new students and their parents are required to come into school to register for school.
- NEW: Breakfast for the 2024-2025 school year is FREE: Lunch is not free. For Free and Reduced prices, click on the link on the right side of this page. You will need to sign up online. Be sure to let us know that you may need textbook assistance. If you do not qualify for free/reduced meals, you are responsible for all lunch charges, so it is important that you complete this information in a timely manner.
- Note: If you do not plan to ride the bus or your transportation plan has changed, please notify your school office.
- Note: Notify your child's office of any other significant changes the school should know about.

*NOTE: Textbook and Curricular Materials fees for the school year have been elimated due to the Indiana General Assembly action from the spring of 2023. There may still be charges for assessments which are not required for course completion and charges for missing/broken devices or other materials.
