Backpack Assistance

THIS PROGRAM IS ONLY FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE RECIPIENTS OF FREE OR REDUCED LUNCH.

If you need assistance to obtain school for your child, please complete this survey. You will need to fill out a new survey for EACH child. All personal information will remain confidential.

GRADES K-6 Supplies will be available in their classroom on the first day of school.

GRADES 7-12 – Students can pick up supplies in the office the first day of school. Backpacks are NOT provided for MS or HS students. PLEASE REMIND YOUR CHILD TO PICK UP HIS/HER SUPPLIES!!!
